Elecraft Equipment chat group

I think the Elecraft group is fine but that many of the OT subjects can better be handled on groups for those subjects. For example most of the NVIS discussion could have been on the Tower Talk group.
Simple solution would be for this group to stay more on the Elecraft topic.
