Elecraft FTP server unreachable?

I've tried accessing the FTP server for a firmware upgrade via the K3 Utility, Firefox, and IE, but no response.  I checked my firewall settings to be sure the FTP server is a trusted site, but still no connection.  What have I overlooked?

Thanks for checking, Knut.  I had used that URL.  When I ping it, there's no response here either.  Guess I'll do more local diagnostics......

Problem resolved!  Turned out to be an overly aggressive firewall in a router on my home network, about which I had forgotten since I set it up years ago.  Loosened the screws on the firewall temporarily, successfully upgraded K3 firmware, and battened the hatches again once done.  The K3 Utility help file did mention a possible need to "negotiate" with the firewall in the event of an FTP timeout, but I was originally thinking only of the firewall on the host PC for the K3.  Just wanted to report back in case others should encounter a similar difficulty.
