Elecraft K3 RX issues

Hi guy,
I have a problem with my Elecraft K3 with the new KSYN3A. the radio has been deaf
compared with my other K3. You can find two short videos. The fist the old
one, same station and same antenna in the first the RST is 9+20 with the
second radio same conditions the RTS is 5!!
Anyone can help me?
