Elecraft K3S USB to Key Transceiver

on My K3s I have the USB cable direct to the PC USB. It inerfaces with two logging programs very well but I cannot seem to get it to key the K3s. Can any one comment?

With HRD, I have set the k3's PTT KEY to RTS-DTR. With N1MM, I set the K3 to RTS-DTR as well, and in the program, I set DTR to CW, and RTS to PTT. Hope this helps.  Gene N4FZ
