Elecraft SSB Net Announcement

        The weekly Elecraft SSB net will meet tomorrow (11/14/10) at 1800z
on 14.314

        MHz. I will be net control from western Oregon, and I will try to
swing the

        antenna in multiple directions to get as many of you as I can. We'll
try

        back east calling stations and relays too. See you then.

Subject: [nidxa] K8DD - Silent Key



Some of you may know Hank Kohl, K8DD.  He often attended W9DXCC.  He
recently went into the hospital for a relatively routine surgery, but
caught pneumonia which lead to respiratory complications.   He died
last night after 4 weeks in ICU.

Hank was an avid DX-er and contester and went on many expeditions.
