MONDAY & THURSDAY EVENINGS / 0100 UTC / 7.190 MHz
That's evenings in the Americas.  In Europe, it's Tuesday and Friday  
mornings

SUNDAY 1800 UTC 14.316 MHz

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Tune +/- a few kHz to look for the net. If you don't hear anybody,  
please call it yourself -- There isn't always a regular net control  
present.
