Hi gang,
It looks like neither Mark nor I will be able to make the net tomorrow. Therefore, it is a good time for one of you with a capable station to come forward and volunteer as a net control station. It isn't difficult. The pace is easy and the group is cooperative. Remember that it is at 1800Z on 14.314 MHz. Go for it. Thank you. 73, Phil, NS7P ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

Heard no trace of the SSB net today. Listened from 1750 till 1820. I assumed the net might be waiting for the QSOs to clear from 14.316 and 14.313, but nothing happened after they cleared either. Was the net convened on a different freq? Yes, Terry, I called a QST for the net at approx 10 AM and moved to what was
clear at this QTH. That happened to be 14.310. We ran until about 1830 or so. I was trying to hold the 14.314 freq earlier but got called away to fix an RFI into some speakers! That brief pause was enough for another station to take up residency at 14.313 on this end!! Approx 20 check-ins...more later. 73, Roger K7SJ K3 #75 On Sun, Jan 17, 2010 at 10:27 AM, Terry Schieler < [hidden email]> wrote: > > Heard no trace of the SSB net today. You did a nice job running the net Roger. Thanks for running it.

Hi,
I second that. The frequency you qsy'd to, 14310, was very good here, much better than the normal 14314 frequency which almost always has QRM from both 313 and 316. Could we consider making this at least a trial move? Knut - AB2TC

I heard K7SJ before 1800, but he faded just as he was announcing the QSY
and I lost him and the net for the day. I hunted around, but no joy. Hi gang, I will be away from my station tomorrow, and Mark, K4SO, is buried by 2 feet of snow and has no power. So, we need someone to be NCS. I haven't heard from Roger, K7SJ. Perhaps he will be able to step in. Otherwise, we need someone else to help out. It isn't difficult. The pace is easy and the group is cooperative. Remember that it is at 1800Z on Sunday on 14.314 MHz. Go for it. Thank you. 73, Phil, NS7P ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
