Elecraft Shirts from Sew Devine

Michael Babineau
Has anyone either ordered or received an Elecraft Shirt recently
from Sew Devine Embroidery?  I placed an order for a polo on December 2
and have heard nothing since so I sent an email off to them a week ago
and still no reply.

Are these folks still in business?

Michael VE3WMB

P.S. I guess the next thing on my todo list is to try to call them.

Dear Lisa,

Wanted to let you know that we moved and have a new email address,
[hidden email], the mailing address is N4001 County Rd E
Redgranite WI 54970, the phone number is (920) 566-1900. When we moved I
am sure the link from our old internet account got removed from your
site or will be shortly, our new internet account does not allow for
business web page use so Michael is looking into what we can do if
anything about that, we may not be able to put the link back to your
page, so may have to just rely on email. Will keep you posted as I know
more.

RE: Elecraft Shirts from Sew Devine - NEW email and Address

In reply to this post by Michael Babineau
Elecraft aficionados,

We moved December 10th and have a new address, phone
and email.  I'm unsure if Ellen has received your
email, her email changed and was not active until
recently. Try emailing her again the details with the
new address.  We are still unpacking from the move and
the part time biz is still on the back burner... but
we have a public safety agency order pending too so
hopefully she will be up and running soon.

I'll be taking down our Elecraft web order page today
as the web host has changed.  I'm not sure when we'll
have an order link, the new web host prohibits
"commercial" web pages without paying a substantial
monthly fee... which I don't want to do as we'd have
to raise the price of the few Elecraft shirts we sell
to cover the cost.

A bit of history...After building my K1 (low two digit
ser no first run) a number of years ago I wanted a
shirt for myself.  I got Eric and Wayne's permission
and the rest is history... it's a labor of love, no
money being made here.  We started out doing these to
help Elecraft advertise and help owners show pride in
their rigs. Single shirt orders trickle in now and
then and we fit them in when a larger order is in
production. Sometimes this may take awhile... so don't
expect instant gratification when you order.  We try
to turn these orders around asap, generally 1 or 2
weeks. Thanks for your patience and patronage.

New contact info below...

Sorry for the confusion but this moving is a nightmare

Michael,
I ordered a shirt from them back in October/November and it did take
a while. Their replies kept getting dumped in to my bulk folder and I was
not getting them. The lady, Ellen, finally called me on the phone. It still
took a while because she had to order a shirt in my size. They were also in
the process of moving and that also delayed things.
Anyway, you might try her husbands email address, Michael Melland
W9WIS [hidden email] . I don't have a phone number for them. Don't remember
if there was a contact number on the website or not. I sent Michael an email
to his address about your plight. Hope this helps.
