This actually was a customer email with a html formatted footer asking
us if we wanted to get unique smiley faces for our email... Something in
that email's footer formatting caused the server to lock up. Deleting it
freed up the system.
Fun, eh?
We are working through the backed up emails and will be responding to
all of them. None were lost.
