Encoder was no good

Thank you for the suggestion to swap the encoders.  I did it and sure enough, the problem switched from VFO A to VFO B.  I'll make a call this morning and see about getting another sent out asap.

Thanks again.  I should have thought of that myself.  I'm gettin old.
