Erratic behavior in a one year old K2

I was working PSK for about half an hour or less when some odd things  
started happening.
I couldn't turn off XMIT through Cocoamodem so I turned the K2 off  
and back on.  Unplugged and replugged the ATU.  Turned the Signalink  
off and on. (I am using iMac and Cocoamodem thru a Griffin connector  
to Signalink.)

Now no relay clicks on any band.  The ATU will not tune on 80M on  
either the G5RV or folded dipole (it used to).   I got weird reverse  
iambs (dah-dit) when keying dahs on the Elecraft keyer but only on  
some bands.  later that went away.

Still, the TUNE button no longer is momentary (stays on XMIT)

Any ideas?

before you go too far, strip your set-up down to bare
essentials for operating either CW or SSB.  first rule
out that RF feedback is not the cause, particularly if
you dont have much PSK31 experience with the complete
set-up.
