I had some similar problems while building my K1. I found I had a bad solder joint in a couple of capacitors in the Premix filter of the filter board. I believe it was c22 but I'm not sure without a diagram to look at. My problem was intermittent output on 30m and I believe I had low output sometimes. I didn't find it until I started wiggling parts as a last resort. Good luck.
