I broke the AF knob on my K3 #2626. Sent Elecraft an e mail & probably an hour or so after they opened this AM I got an e mail saying a new one is on it's way!
I've heard about their service & now I've experienced it. FANTASTIC. Bet those other radio companys aren't this good....by a long shot.
