Fixing a Winlink express, no audio input from K3S problem

I thought this might be my problem but both VARA and ARDOP are allowed access. Might you be willing to share your Winlink configs for ARDOP and VARA HF?

Finally, after some more poking around, I got it to work.  The magic was to
change the “Allow apps to access your microphone” setting in the Sound
settings page to On.  This setting appears in the “Microphone privacy
settings” and I completely ignored it for more than a couple days!

 

 

Go to Settings/Sound.

 

Click on “Microphone privacy settings”.

 

Make sure “Allow apps to access your microphone” is “On”. Also, make sure
the “Allow desktop apps to access the microphone” setting further down this
page is “On”.  This is what was preventing my Winlink Express app from
working.
