Free: Bound copy KPA100 Rev C Manual (AKA K2 Appendix G Rev C)

I got my KPA100 with this manual, but later built it to Rev E specs  
from the downloaded Rev E manual (available on Elecraft web site).    
I'm thinking this manual would primarily be of value to someone who  
built to Rev C specs and lost their manual.
