Do you ... or a neighbor ... have a "touch-lamp"? I'm a retired
power company noise chaser and it sounds like one of these
dogs, but I'd expect it to be in the 80M band instead of 40M.
Or, the slighthly shifting buzz might be an indication of a video
related source,
