Fw: K3 - SSB levels

Dave, G4AON
Julian

I've noticed a similar odd issue when using the Winlink program
"Airmail", after quitting the HF module the K3 is returned to it's
original frequency but with the 6 KHz bandwidth filter instead of the
2.8 KHz one... Rather strange as on USB that filter is not enabled.

K3/100 #80 MCU f/w 2.02, DSP f/w 1.78

Do either of you guys use computer software to control the radio, perchance?
I recently identified a problem where filter settings were not properly
being stored or restored when changing bands by software command. Perhaps
other settings are getting lost or confused as well.

That's definitely the issue I identified, which Wayne fixed yesterday.

No, I've got a box with knobs and buttons on and I prefer to twist and
push them.  Computer is only used for logging.  The only time I use it to
control the radio is spots and in contests for requested QSYs.
