I just lay a soft bladed fan on the top grill to pull air up. its run by a
variable power supply.
WAY quieter than the back fan, because it never comes on.  It’s a silicone
bladed unit, I picked
up couple  cheap ($6) when Radio Scrap went out of business here.

On the subject of quieter fans, any thoughts on a quieter fan for the
amp? I do a lot of AM and a quieter fan would be nice - else the amp
will get relocated to a different location in the shack.
