I have a hard time remembering that to get to the reflector I need to add the address or choose sent to all. Here is my answer to Toby. By the way, I have a hearing loss, but not to bass. I can't hear anything above about 2700 Hz. I get SSB fidelity all the time. Hi Willis,
Tnx for the feedback. Interesting. Based on what you say below I took off the antenna and turned off the preamp. No thumping. Even with the antenna off (shorted So-239) and the preamp on I get thumping. Turning the AGC OFF or ON has no impact. Tried this on 160M and 6M. If the preamp is ON and the Atten is ON I get thumping. And I get the same results whether in TEST mode or transmitting. 73, N2TK, Tony -----Original Message----- From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of WILLIS COOKE Sent: Thursday, June 25, 2009 6:56 PM To: Elecraft Reflector Subject: [Elecraft] Fw: Re: K3 QSK I have a hard time remembering that to get to the reflector I need to add the address or choose sent to all.
