Which TXBPFs? If it's the 5B4AGN kit, the schematic for his
band-decoder shows 10k pullups on the band data inputs, so you should
be fine.

I recently acquired an already-built 5B4AGN unit, but haven't gotten
around to interfacing it to my K3 yet.
