Don,

While the keying mod kit instructions haven't been updated, the K2
manual has been updated for the SMD diode on a carrier board
installation. Pg 60 of the Rev I k2 manual.

I was able to order all of the parts for the keying modification from
Elecraft.

Here is the list of parts:
