GPIO Band Info details

Repeating my request for information.  I need detailed info on the
GPIO output of the KX3.  I am interested in controlling band
switching of equipment external to the KX3.  I have found nothing
that tells me what the GPIO signal looks like other than it is
3v.  The K3 provides a 4-bit BCD word for this using 4 output lines
on the ACC connector.  The KX3 offers only one wire so is it a
digital data stream and what?
