I was rooting for SF. Mainly for Phil Dawson. He kicked for the world's worst team, Cleveland, for most of his career. He deserved a
Superbowl. But oh well. At least he didn't lose it for them. BTW, I am a Cleveland Browns fan. But Phil was such a class guy we in Cleveland only wish him the best. 73, Tim Herrick, KQ8M Charter Member North Coast Contesters [hidden email] AR-Cluster V6 kq8m.no-ip.org User Ports: 23, 7373 with local skimmer, 7374 without local skimmer Server Ports: V6 3607, V4 Active 3605, V4 Passive 3606 -----Original Message----- From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of Rick Johnson Sent: Monday, January 20, 2014 11:10 AM To: Phil Hystad; Elecraft Reflector Subject: Re: [Elecraft] Go Hawks Lets see how they do now without the "12th man." 73, Rick W3BI -----Original Message----- From: Phil Hystad Sent: Sunday, January 19, 2014 10:21 PM To: Elecraft Reflector Subject: [Elecraft] Go Hawks Seahawks in the Superbowl -- Go Hawks! ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

Well, of their regular season 8 away games (without the 12th man) they won 7 of them. The one loss was to SF at SF and the most narrow score they had of the entire season -- SF only had 2 points on them.

WTF? Did Elecraft just win a contract to provide field communications to NFL games or something? There is no 12th "man" at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. But there MAY be
12 inches of snow, although the weather folks say that going by climate records, Feb 2nd just doesn't get much snow, despite that being the coldest and snowiest month of the year in general. I certainly enjoyed the Seattle/SF game, which was FAR better than the Denver/NE game. Congrats to Seattle! 73, Bob, WB4SON ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
