HD15 Y-cable

Does anyone know where an HD-15 Y-cable can be obtained?  All the VGA
cables and Y-cables I've found are missing pin 9, which is needed for
the BAND2 data on the K3 ACC jack.  Radio Shack has the connectors
and shells that can be used to fabricate the cable, but I prefer a
manufactured one, if available.

Thanks, David.  I did the same thing, but all the ones with photos of
the male plug show pin 9 missing, rendering them useless.
