HRD Turning Off AGC

Has anyone else encountered HRD turning *off* their AGC?  I've had it
happen twice in the past day.  The first time, it really had me chasing
my tail until I noticed the K3 display.  The second time, I was looking
for it.

I've also had my DATA MD change on me on two bands without me doing it,
but I cannot confirm that was HRD's fault.  Except for one mode, I don't
even use HRD.

Just looking for weird experiences between K3's and HRD.

Hi Joel,

this is a known issue of HRD. Wayne added some code in the K3 firmware to
suppress that miss-behaviour of HRD so you should update to the latest K3
firmware to get rid of the problem. Good luck!

solve it from their end.  Rick Ruhl, W4PC, is looking for solid,
repeatable evidence of this happening and what seems to cause the situation.
