The imagination runs wild...shunt feed a power pylon on 160m!
Midnight climb?
Bribery of lineman.
Inconspicuous coupling box in the bushes or underground.
Near invisible  wire going up to feed point.
Couple some RF to the power lines?
How long would the coax be?
An idle mind is the devil's workshop!
