How do KX1 and K1 receivers match up to K2, K3??

Phil Hystad-3
I am curious on how the KX1 and K1 receivers match up to the K2 and the K3.  I mean, what if these were put in the Sherwood Engineering list (I didn't see them there).  Where would they fall (approximately)?

Hi Phil,

The KX1 and K1 were both optimized for low current drain, with
receivers based on active mixers (Gilbert-cell multipliers) and low-
level signal sources. So it's a bit of an apples/oranges comparison.
But both were reviewed by QST magazine, so you can look up the ARRL's
official test results. These are usually very close to Sherwood's.

Thanks Wayne,

Even though I do not know the implication of a Gilbert-cell multiplier or low level signal sources, I have just now downloaded the QST reviews and will be reading these in bed tonight on my iPad.
