How do they do it - a candidate for a documentary

Reading messages from Wayne and Eric about the KX3 development, and
knowing all the other projects they have going on in parallel, I am
fascinated by the organization it must take to get this done in a small
and nimble company.  Has there been anything written about how Elecraft
manages product design and development, or better yet, is there a
video?  Anyone with the video skills out there think this would be a
fascinating topic for an audience of tech geeks?
