How many Windows users are using Windows 98 SE?

I have Windows XP on my laptop and Windows 7 - 64 bits on my main computer.
I was happy moving from Windows 98 to XP in 2002 and I will probably leave
XP, once Microsoft stop upgrading it.
I have therefore no problem with your compiler upgrade project.
