I'm posting this publicly since others may have
similar questions. For those folks wanting a web-based list
they can follow this and learn how to do it (in combination
with my post back in May immediately below).

Julian I prefer the original qth.net archives for replying. It
also allows sorting by Subject, Author and Date in addition to Thread.
http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/elecraft/2007-June/thread.htmlSearch is the only advantage I see to the AC6RM archive (below).
http://www.ac6rm.net/mailarchive/html/elecraft-list/2007-06/index.htmlBack to the first qth.net archive. Let's open your most recent post:
http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/elecraft/2007-June/069129.html I want to reply to your post so I click on your address at
the top of the page above (i.e. julian.g4ilo at gmail.com )
My Email (Eudora) automatically opens with the reflector
address and the correct Subject already entered (see below):

I now copy and paste any contextual comments with
attribution and add my comments. Click Send and it's
done. The AC6RM archive works basically the same but
does not automatically transpose the list address and
Subject like the qth.net archive above, so you have to do
a bit more Copy and Paste to duplicate the above results.
However I still use it occasionally for its Search feature.
73, Bill
P.S. Perhaps Outlook or other email programs do not
work as smoothly as Eudora does. I've never used Outlook
and have no direct experience with it or other email programs.
