How to set fix-tune display mode

I just purchased a P3 to use with my K3S and I cannot figure out how to turn on fix tune mode. The menu toggle does not appear to work. Is there another way?

Is it interfaced to your K3<whatever> via the serial port?  The wiring
is PC-->P3-->K3
