How to work KXV3

lu1xs
I have a module installed (KXV3) my K3, please I need a help to better understand the work of this module, when using an antenna to receive RX ANT IN (KXV3) rear panel, and to transmit ANT 1, the change is done automatically or I have to do manual with Knob Controls RX ANT to front panel.-

Hola Luis,

To use an external RX antenna, connect it to RX ANT IN on the KX3V and then tap RX ANT on the front panel.  K3 automatically switches from that antenna in receive to either ANT1 or ANT2 in transmit.  If you later decide to transceive on ANT1 or ANT2, tap RX ANT on the front panel again so "RX ANT" on the display disappears.

Can you now explain how you use the RX Antenna types... IE. When you push and hold the RX ant button...
