As we enter the holiday season we are seeing our usual surge in product
orders (thanks!), especially for the holidays this month. Due to the
normal holiday shipping delays from UPS, USPS etc, and the potential for
increased production delays here as we handle the surge in orders, we
recommend that you place you Christmas and other holiday orders as early
as possible, and by the following dates to receive them in time.
K3 ORDERS:
For UPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping (Domestic):
K3-K: Order no later than December 15
K3-F: Order no later than December 10
All Other Products:
The sooner the better, but no later than Dec. 15.
Faster shipping methods may be chosen, but check with sales to determine
availability after Dec. 15.
International Orders:
For EU delivery before Christmas, the postal service recommends
shipment by Dec. 13.
Extra time should be added for K3-F orders to be built and tested
(5-7 days)
Extra transit time should be also added for customs clearance.
Please Note: Some postal shipping rates (Priority and Express) will be
increasing in January 2011.
Every effort will be made to ship your order as requested. You will be
notified of any delays.
