Improved KX3 Stand for 2014

Hi Elecrafters

By popular request we have upgraded our hugely popular KX3 stand. It now
shows your callsign in yellow paint-filled engraving. It has taken us a
while to get this technique perfect but we think that we have it cracked
now!

Of course we have retained all the other features that have made the stand
so popular such as it's lay-flat packing and adjustable angle.
