Installing Middle Screws on KPA100 Side Panel

Roy Morris-6
I do not think the ovrsized screws are the answer for the K2/100.  Over time I don't believe they will remain tight if you go into the K2 enough times and might even strip.  For this reason I have never put a screw in that hole.  I am thinking of drilling a hole at the precise right place in the first cooling fin, tapping the hole and putting in a long enough screw that will hold.  I don't think the screw would be noticable if it is the same color as the other screws.  What do some of you think about this?   Roy Morris  W4WFB

I drilled the middle holes out large enough to take a nut, then used epoxy resin
to glue the nut into the heatsink. Works a treat.
