Is this normal? KX3 ACC2 IO Lockup

David Patino
When going through the menus, if I try scrolling through the options for
ACC2 IO and I get to LO=PTT, the radio freezes. I have to remove a
battery to get it to shut down.
Nothing is plugged in to the ACC2 jack. I'm on MCU 1.87 and DSP 1.28

Dave,
Put a dummy load on the KX3 the next time you try that - it is going
into transmit.

You have nothing connected to ACC2 - no voltage, no closed circuit. That
means the voltage at ACC2 IO is LOw since there nothing applied to that
input inside the KX3 - it is just a floating input.  Sooo, when you
select LO=PTT in the menu, it asserts PTT on the KX3 - just as you told
it to do.
