Hello,
On Jan 17, 2009 there will be a few hardy Polar Bear souls venturing
outdoors in the bitter cold to operate their QRP radios.
This could be considered as a warm up to the FYBO contest.

Bears that will be venturing outdoors for the day. Some Polar Bears could
cancel at the last minute due to the extreme cold temperatures that the
nation is in at the present time. We do not want anyone becoming hurt today,
we want to make a QSO with them in the future also. There is no club call
for the Polar Bears or special event station during the outing today.
