K-3 Manual

Is there a way to download a copy of the K-3 Manual.  I would like to see
how it all goes together before I buy.

Does Elecraft have any plans to make available some EC3, EC2, or EC1
Enclosures available in the K3 paint color?  

As nice as the K3 may be I can't imagine that very many of us Elecrafter's
will remain idle with a stock radio for very long before we decide that we
need some type of custom external accessory and it of course will have to be
built in a matching Elecraft enclosure.
