I use the 150 KHz range, and have little trouble with it ... yes, you have to tune slowly ... ok, no big deal. (having said that, however, my main interest in CW leaves me in the lower 80 KHz anyway!)
I am, however, looking forward to the smoother tuning on the K2 that was just delivered to my apartment yesterday ... of course, it will take a month or so to begin using it!
