K144XV center freq. config

Lane-2
Hi,

I just installed the K144XV w/ an FM filter. Configured the K3 for a
local repeater and tuned in. The repeater frequency is 146.920, and I
hear people fine, but I tune to 146.922.60 in order to center the
signals by looking at the P3 and thats where I hear contacts much
clearer.

So I'm not sure what I did wrong. But here's what I did.

FM filter in slot 1.
Crystal filter setup from the manual:
        BW 13.0
        Set Offsets for 144, 146
FM Mode: On
Set repeater offsets
Set CTCSS tone
Sql set to sub-pot
Set to All-mode squelch

Any ideas?
