K144XV firmware

I have just noticed a firmware upgrade for the K144XV.  If it has been
mentioned on here I'm afraid I missed it.

MCU 1.04, 4-25-2011
* Fixes status LED lighting HF Tx.

MCU 1.03, 3-18-2011
* Adds support for the K144RFLK pll lock board.

MCU 1.02, 9-30-2010
* MCU sleeps during receive to eliminate spurs.

MCU 1.01, 7-13-2010
* Increased shut-down temperature to ~75 C (was ~60C).

David,

This is just a very minor upgrade to fix a small bug in which the yellow
status LED on the K144XV illuminates when transmitting on HF.  Nothing
else is affected by this upgrade.
If your K3 is never open, you would never notice it.

Normally the status LED only stays on when there is an over temperature
condition on the K144XV or when the K144XV cannot achieve lock with the
K144RFLK board.
