Page 46 of the manual where I turn on the K2,
I DO NOT see NO PA PS as called for in the manual.
When I tap display my voltage has dropped to 11.3
volts. Measured at the source it is still 13.5.
Measuring the voltage at Junction of C77 & R11 I get
74.1 volts which is not in the range specified.
At J3+ lead I get -0.004 volts.
Page 47 adjusting C27 to move the 4Mhz oscillator frequency
has no effect on the oscillator.
When I place the K2 in
Tune, the display only shows power and does not show the SWR.
C1 has no effect on SWR.
Page 48 after connecting high current power supply the
voltage readout at Display is still 11.5 volts and voltage measured at source
is 13.85.
I looked at the troubleshooting instructions and found
nothing that would help me with this “low voltage display” problem
nor the low voltage at C77 & R11.
Does anyone have any ideas???
