K2/100 first time alignment & Instalation question.

Jerry Deibel
I just powered up the K2/100 for the first time with the low-currnet
power supply and did the initial voltage checks on page 43.
 D13 cathode was  143 v
U4 pin 8   was -25.54v
TP1  was 0v
J3   red lead was  .091v

The manual says that J3 should be zero,  Is this ok or am I too picky?

The current drain was  450 ma going down to 360 when I heard the fan go off.

Jerry,

If you want to have some 'fun', monitor the voltage at J3 red lead while
varying the amount of light shining on the output transistors - you will see
some phoo-voltaic effects.  So I conclude that your 0.091 volts is likely
OK.
