K2 #4990 progress

Hi o all the crew

This is just to let you know that K2 #4990 passed alignment and test
part II without troubles. I hope that Xavier, EA3FTJ, will be very soon
on the air with the little gem.

As testimony to the quality of the kit and it's components and the
meticulous instruction manual, 4991 has passed all its tests and is ready
for final assembly.

871 parts installed and 2245 solder joints sure pack a lot of smoke inside
that little box.  So far, none has leaked out!

Now for a little CW fun while assembling the rest of the modules.

CONGRATULATIONS on a fb kit and THANKS for the help and encouragement from
this fb group.
