in building the k2, i found a spot for C75, but i don't see it
referenced in the doc anywhere.. i am guessing that this might be
part of an upgrade later ( i am using the rework free kits) but i
don't see it referenced yet in the docs.

you'll see the following information (the row is color coded yellow) ...

If you've replaced page 57 of our K2 manual with the corresponding page from
our Companion Guide, then you'll find the instructions to install these
three caps at the bottom of the left column (also color coded yellow).

It is important to note that after shipping the rev. F K2 manual for more
than three years, Elecraft recently updated it to rev. G. As a result, many
of the annotations in our existing Companion Guide became out of sync with
the manual pages. To remedy this we recently created a new "Companion Guide
II" that's tailored for the new rev. G K2 manual.
