K2- Continuos Tone

HI,

Suddenly when I key the K2 with straight key or bug I get a continuous cw-like tone, not a dit or a dot.  Any suggestions?

Are you saying that the tone continues even though the key is open?
If so, what happens if you remove the plug from the K2 key jack?  If it
stops, check out the wiring for your key.
