[K2] Control board: R1 position

IZ2NYY
Hy all, perhaps i've seen something wrong!! On the whole photos i've found on the web the potentiometer R1 is soldered just attached to the board, but i don't know how to do this cause to the fact that the R1 has "legs" that are 1.5 to 2.0 mm width and the holes for this components on the board have a diameter of 1.1 mm. Just the first part of "legs" are of the right measure and installing R1 as it is would leave the component about 3.5 mm high over the board. I don't know if i see something wrong on he images and all R1 are high off the board of there's somenting more to do on the component to be well installed.

Tnx for help

  Pippo,

It looks correct to me.   Only the smaller part of the legs go into the
solder holes.
