K2 Heatsink question

John [K7SVV]-2
I am at the point where I install the heatsink.  The manual says to remove
all of the masking tape from the heatsink but I can't find any mention of
the the thin green film tape that covers the heatsink in the area that will
contact the 2 final amp transistors.  Do I leave the green film on the
heatsink or do I remove it?

John,

That green film IS the Masking material.  Yes, remove it, and ewmove the smaller squares of masking material from the corners too so there is good electrical contact with the 2D connectors.
