K2 Items Wanted To Buy - Tilt Stand and FT-100 Knob

Folks,
     Looking for the 1.5 inch tilt stand for a K2 (I think it was part number ET-15).  Also looking for a Yaesu FT-100 tuning knob.  Thanks for any info.
