[K2] - KDSP2 Installation Clearances

Gordon & Lois Duff
I am in the process of installing the KDSP2 on the Control Board.  When the
KDSP2 is plugged into J1 and J2 the connectors do not fully mate; the board
is resting on C28, C29 and L1.

C28 , C29 and L1 are all flush mounted to the Control Board.  It appears
that C28 and C29 are not contacting any of the Control Board circuitry.  Is
this normal?

Gordon, KA2NLM

The spacer/hardware stackup should be determining the spacing.  The
KDSP2 (not DSP) PC board has no component leads or other protrusions
where it sits over the tall components on the control board, as the
clearance is very, small.
